Why should I study English?

When I studied Korean language, if I studied korean conversation first, I should spoke korean language well.
But...it's wrong thinking I thought.
I retried korean grammar again.
Climb my way back up to start over.
So, why should I study english again.....but if I come up with an answer,
I will study English again.
